We are Wendy and Krystal. Two entrepreneurs. Two friends. Two podcast hosts. Two Masterminding Leaders. And two people just trying to figure this shit out - just like the rest of you.

Meet Wendy
As a Certified Business Coach, has made it her mission to encourage others to live into their best lives by owning their stories and overcoming their worst enemies: themselves.
After a series of transformational events, Wendy founded Rebel On The Go Travel with a mission to create radical, transformational travel experiences for other kick-ass women.
From there her scope and mission only grew. Wendy combines coaching into her travel business to encourage women in all aspects of their lives that they are capable & courageous, and helps them step out of their comfort zone to learn to write their own stories. Now she helps other entrepreneurs experience the same.
Meet Krystal
Krystal, has made it her mission to dive deep into marketing strategy so you can bring your ideal client and ideal business into alignment
Krystal learned early in her travel career of the importance of niching far down and focusing on your ideal client. When she started her travel business, Serendipitous Traveler, she found herself spending more time mentoring other colleagues in marketing strategy. As her skills grew she found that she had more spark marketing her business than actually planning travel.
She began to deep dive in to the Funnel Gorgeous World where she became a Certified Master Marketer. She also began to hone her skills as a Facebook Ads Expert and a social media manager. She now helps other entrepreneurs hone their marketing strategy.

Each morning we will start with a working breakfast where we will initiate the topic and conversation to help you drill down into your business. We look at individualized real-time problems in your business and provide a personalized strategy and approach to solving them.
From there we will let the mastermind organically grow so that we can dig into strategies that uniquely help you and your business best.
Participants Set the Agenda
Participants ultimately set the agenda by self-identifying the challenges and problems they are facing in their businesses. We then leverage the experience of other entrepreneur participants and the insight and wisdom of Krystal and Wendy to offer solutions.

Get your sea legs ready!
When it comes to matching the Serendipitous Rebel brand vibe, it's harder to get closer than Virgin Voyages.
The Riviera Maya is a dreamer’s gateway to Cozumel (Playa del Carmen) and Tulum. Arriving from Miami and departing late with an additional day and night spent at The Beach Club at Bimini, you’ll have plenty of time to see each port from every sun and moonlit angle.
1 Day Before Departure
(Optional and Strongly Advised)

Arrive in Miami at any time. During the day you will check into your hotel. Now is the time to relax, take a minute for yourself.
We will host a welcome dinner where you will get the opportunity to meet your fellow masterminders.
Day 1
November 17th
Depart from the Port of Miami.
We will board the Valiant Lady in the afternoon where we will go through the boarding process together.
Once on board, we will spend a few minutes helping you get oriented. All participants will have to attend a mandatory muster drill. We will then let everyone explore on their own.
In the evening we will meet up for dinner together for our first night. We will take this opportunity to get to know you and a little bit about your business.
Day 2
November 18th
Today we are out to sea.
We will start in the morning with breakfast together. After breakfast we will retire to a small nook on the ship where the masterminding will begin.
In the afternoon everyone will have free time for some spa time, a nap in your room, or to explore many of the ships offerings.
That evening we will dine together and continue the conversation.
Day 3
November 19th
Arrive in Cozumel.
We will start the morning with breakfast together where we will continue our masterminding from the day before.
Late morning we will disembark the ship. You will have the opportunity to join us on a small group tour where we will continue the conversation in Cozumel.
That evening we will dine together onboard the ship.
Day 4
November 20th
Another Sea Day.
We will start in the morning with breakfast together. After breakfast we will retire to a small nook on the ship where we will continue masterminding.
In the afternoon everyone will have free time for some spa time, a nap in your room, or to explore many of the ships offerings.
That evening we will dine together and continue the conversation.
Day 5
November 21st
Beach Club at Bimini, Bahamas!
Today we arrive at the private beach club of Virgin Voyages. We are taking our masterminding to the beach. We will continue the conversation with the waves in the backdrop. You'll have plenty of time to relax as well.
That evening we will dine together onboard the ship for our farewell dinner together.
Day 6
November 22nd
Time to say farewell to each other and start our journey home!
Our ship will arrive back into the Port of Miami early morning.

You call this an Adventure - how active is this trip?
Light walking and hiking suitable for most fitness levels. Nothing too challenging. All activities are optional and at your discretion.
Can you accommodate food allergies/dietary restrictions?
Traveling in a foreign country is not without it's challenges in the food department for some, but we do our best to work with our local guide to accommodate food allergies and special diet requests. Please contact us at [email protected] if you have any specific questions.
What is the cancellation policy?
We get it. We are out making plans and life just happens. We require all our travelers to obtain travelers insurance. In addition to that our cancellation policy is as follows:
121 days or more: No cancellation impact. Deposit will be refunded only if cancellation is within 7 days of deposit. Otherwise, entire deposit amount is non-refundable.
120 days or less: No refund. Guest may change the name on, or transfer, the reservation up to 48 hours of the departure of the Cruise.
Is there a payment plan option?
Yes! A minimum $500 deposit is required to secure your spot. Final payment is due July 20th, 2024. If you would like to be put on a payment plan, please reach out to Krystal and Wendy directly and they will set up a payment schedule for you. Payment plans will be required to be put on auto-pay.
Can I bring my spouse, friend, daughter, significant other?
Sure! The more the merrier. Keep in mind that our breakfasts in the morning are working breakfasts where we ask participants to be present and focused. But we welcome to treat them as a mini-focus group. Minimum age requirement to attend is 18.
Do you require travel insurance? Is it included in cost of tour?
Travel Insurance is not mandatory for this Mastermind, but it is always highly recommended. If you need assistance, please reach out to Krystal or Wendy.
Can you tell me more about the mastermind?
Before the trip kicks off, each participant will be able to submit up to 3 questions to the Serendipitous Rebels. They can be anything business related! From there, Wendy and Krystal will structure the agenda and mastermind so that it focuses on the participants individual questions/problems. Each day we start off with a working breakfast where Wendy & Krystal will coach you through strategies and tactics to help you walk away with an actionable plan to achieve your business goals.
