Our Make It Happen Challenge is a 21 day challenge where we commit to moving our bodies for 30 minutes a day in whatever manner we choose. We also commit to working on one goal in our business for 30 minutes a day.
We provide a group Voxer chat where you will be able to connect with fellow challengers for accountability. You will receive daily motivation and prompts from Wendy and Krystal, and you'll be able to ask real time questions regarding your business goals and get the direct feedback of a Certified Business Coach and Certified Master Marketer.

The Serendipitous Rebel: Endurance Challenge is an 21 day training program for women in search of grit, balance and confidence in their life -- even if they’ve haven’t exercised in 20 years, have never claimed to be an athlete or have no idea what to work towards.
This process is the exact method Wendy used to go from knee surgery to completing a million meters in rowing, rowing a half marathon with her family and beginning her journey as an endurance rower, and a Certified Business Coach.
In her 50s she found herself unmoored with her life, her family and career. Everything seemed to be up in the air, and that was before the pandemic hit! Wendy found rowing to be an escape from the realities of the world, and it soon became a lifeline to a better, healthier and more positive person.
In fact, the more she pushed herself to do hard things [ie, things outside of my comfort zone, things she’d deemed impossible to do] the more Wendy felt “me” return.
The "me" she didn’t even realize had disappeared.
Wendy discovered on her own journey that the best years were yet to come.

Accountability to do the work … We're not a fan of sugar-coating things. This isn’t an easy thing to sign up for, but it’s oh, so worth it. That’s why we’ll hold each other accountable to move daily for 21 days, to track our progress and to celebrate the milestones along the way.

Endurance is the ability to sustain a prolonged activity. This requires training not only your body, but your mind to stay the course. This 21 Day challenge is more than a cheerleading club. It’s designed to help you perform your best, safely, while having fun.

Pump-Up Calls to Get Your Head In the Game
We may not be training together in person, but we ARE a team. That means we train like one, and we act like one. One of the most important roles for the coach of any team is to get the team ready to take their place on the field when it’s GO time.
Weekly check-in calls … This is our equivalent of a game-time huddle. Feel the energy build from women all there with one purpose: to beat themselves and victoriously finish their endurance event. Get your mind focused to train effectively. Train your body to thrive on the adrenaline that comes from knowing you’re about to step into the spotlight to do something incredible.

Virtual Endurance Event Where the Fans Go Wild
So maybe there will be fans there. Maybe not. The point is that we’re all working towards a virtual event where we can compete as a team in whatever sport we choose. For some that could be running. Others may want to walk, or row, or swim.

Show off your efforts …You've been training for 8 weeks in an endurance sports of your choice. Now it's time to "show" your efforts. Meet up via Zoom in the morning (EST) for a pep talk/send off. Then meet back together in the evening (EST) for a celebratory toast. Can't make it that day? No problem! Complete it when it's convenient for you, and make sure to tag me in your social posts!

When does the Make It Happen Challenge start?
Thursday, January 23rd. As soon as you join the Make It Happen Challenge, you’ll receive an email with all the details of what to do between now and then and what to expect.
Do I have to belong to a gym?
NO. Nada. Not at all. You can walk outside, follow a yoga program on YouTube, do pushups in your closet. How you move isn't important. Moving and getting the endorphins going is the main goal.
How does it work?
* Pick a physical activity that you will commit to for the next 21 Days (running, cycling, rowing, swimming, walking)
* Schedule time at least 3 days each week to exercise for at least 30 minutes
*Declare a goal that you will be working on for the next 21 days in your business.
*Daily we will check in with you via Voxer. Krystal will pipe in with prompts to help you be more visible in your business.
* Be part of the Serendipitous Rebel Endurance Team (accountability / cheerleading / motivation)
What if I'm not athletic?
No athletic ability is required. The only thing we ask is that you have the desire to improve yourself, mentally and physically.
Do I need a lot of expensive equipment?
You do not need to run out and buy expensive equipment! Where do you have access right now?
• For running or walking, go outside! Use a treadmill as a backup.
• For swimming, you need access to a pool. Does your neighbor have one? The local high school? The YMCA?
• For rowing, do you have access to a rowing machine?
• For cycling, do you have a bicycle in the garage? Or a stationary bike? Your daughter’s old bike you can pump up the tires?
What does this have to do with business or entrepreneurship?

The program is built around 30 minutes, 3 times a week to make yourself a priority and complete the training.

How is this different than other workout programs?
